2. Product Information
We take care to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time without notice.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including where incorrect pricing or shipping selections have been made.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or dispatched.
5. Shipping & Collection
Orders are generally dispatched by the next working day.
Some large, bulky, or fragile items (including bird cages, aquariums, stands, and fluorescent light tubes) are available for in-store collection only from our Toowoomba location and cannot be shipped.
Local delivery is available within Toowoomba, QLD only. Please ensure the correct shipping option is selected at checkout.
6. Refunds & Returns
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds and returns are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
