Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched by the next working day. 

We cannot ship Large, Bulky or Fragile items such as Bird Cages, Aquariums, Stands or fluorescent Light tubes. They are available to collect from our Toowoomba store only. 

If you are having trouble checking out, it may be because you have one of these items in your cart but have chosen 'Delivery' as your shipping option. 

Please ensure you select the correct shipping zone. Local Shipping only covers Toowoomba QLD. If you select the incorrect shipping zone we may not be able to process your order.
